The good vegan packed lunch
A good packed lunch is healthy and it provides energy and nourishment for the rest of the day.
It has a good distribution of carbohydrate, fat and protein. In addition, it is of course also exciting and inviting.
A good packed lunch could consist of:
- Rye bread sandwich with cold cuts, such as hummus or your favorite plant pie. It contributes whole grains.
Fruit and / or vegetables. Fruits and vegetables contribute lots of good vitamins and minerals.
Nuts and / or legumes. Legumes and nuts give the packed lunch an extra shot of satiating proteins. Nuts contribute healthy fatty acids.
- A small gift. For example, a pizzasnegl.
